With more than 20 years of experience in the title insurance industry, Brande Oliver is a seasoned and licensed Escrow Officer specializing in both commercial and residential transactions. Her extensive background spans escrow operations, title curative work, policy preparation, and audit compliance — all backed by a proven record of managing complex, high-volume closings with precision and care.

Throughout her career, Brande has held key positions with industry leaders such as Chicago Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title, and First American Title, L LandAmerica, and Title Texas f/k/a Safeco Title where she honed her expertise in escrow accounting, title resolution, and client relationship management. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering professionalism, she has built a reputation for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in every transaction she handles.

In addition to her escrow experience, Brande has served as an office manager, team lead, and corporate trainer — guiding teams, developing operational procedures, and contributing to company-wide process improvements. Her combination of technical expertise and leadership makes her a trusted resource across all phases of the title and escrow process.

Prior to forming The Multifamily Group, Jon was an Executive Director of Investment Sales with Sperry Van Ness (SVN) and finished as the company’s 22nd highest performing broker out of over 1,100 brokers worldwide in 2016. Prior to that he was a top producer at the Henry S. Miller Company in Dallas.

Jon specializes in asset valuation, coordination of the marketing process, property tours and contract negotiations for sellers of multifamily properties. Jon analyzes each assignment carefully and finds creative ways to add value to his clients. When he is not working, Jon enjoys playing sports, playing his guitar and spending time with his wife Stacie and their children Bradley, Jackson and Finley.

Jon earned a B.B.A. in Finance and an MBA from Texas Tech University, where he is a guest lecturer in the Rawls College of Business.
